AI Dynamic Pricing analyzes your property's historical occupancy, local market data, seasonal trends, and comparable listings to suggest optimal rent prices. You'll see a recommended price range alongside your current rent. You can accept the suggestion or use it as a benchmark. Access it via AI Management > AI Dynamic Pricing in your dashboard.
Yes. Leaseora supports Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, and Squad simultaneously. You can configure which gateways are active per property or per currency. Tenants will see the available payment options at checkout. Bank transfer verification and Direct Debit (via Squad) are also supported.
When a lease is created or a significant payment is recorded, Leaseora optionally anchors a cryptographic hash of that record to the blockchain. This creates an immutable audit trail. You can view blockchain logs, transaction hashes, and confirmation status from Security > Blockchain & Verification in your dashboard.
"We Build For You" is an off-plan property development module exclusive to Corporate Landlords. It lets you create development projects, list units for sale/rent before construction is complete, manage construction milestones, send live progress updates to buyers, handle legal documents with e-signature, and manage payment plans with down payments and late fees. Navigate to IoT Management > Devices in your dashboard. Click Add Device, select your device type (sensor, smart lock, HVAC, etc.), and follow the manufacturer pairing instructions. Once connected, you can configure automation rules, view real-time analytics, and receive device-triggered maintenance alerts.
Yes. Go to Team Management > Staff Members and invite your team. You can create custom roles with granular permission sets (e.g., Property Manager, Accountant, Caretaker, CRM Agent) and assign which properties, modules, and actions each role can access. Full Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is included on all plans.
Leaseora's CRM manages the full lead lifecycle from inquiry to signed lease. Features include a pipeline board, lead capture forms, AI lead scoring, drip email campaigns with triggers, deal tracking, follow-up task scheduling, GDPR compliance tools, communication history, and CRM analytics.
